Great model! Your material choices are on point and that aspect is great.
I personally think the lighting can use some work though as your reflections are pretty busy and distracting for the overall design. You can reference some of the images that Nissan published for the Skyline GTR.
The lighting should accent the body styling and curves of the car with reflections that aren’t too busy or distracting. With that said, it is definitely not a feat that is easy achieved. Lighting vehicles has to be one of the most difficult things to properly light. The nice thing is that you are not limited to the number or size of the lights because you are working in a 3D environment, where often to achieve this with practical photography, you need a really large studio with skrims that are often larger than the vehicles themselves.
Even with that, it may also require a bit of compositing to get it looking picture perfect.
